Over de functie
As an Assistant Process Operator, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth production process. Your tasks include:
- Starting up, shutting down, preparing, monitoring, and controlling the production process.
- Ensuring products meet quality standards and the process runs as efficiently as possible.
- Performing preparatory tasks and checking products for specifications.
- Identifying and discussing deviations with the lead process operator.
- Resolving minor machine malfunctions.

- An attractive salary of €2.649 - €3.168 gross per month, including a 10% shift allowance
- Additional day-off compensation and a 6% year-end bonus
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
- 25 vacation days and an 8.33% holiday bonus
- Current working hours: staggered shifts from 06:00-14:30 or 09:30-18:00
- Starting January 1, 2025: work in a 2-shift system from 06:00-14:30 / 14:30-23:00 with a 10% shift allowance
- By the end of next year: transition to a 3-shift system with an 18% shift allowance
